1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. TeNextIn operates strictly under international data privacy frameworks.
2. Anonymous Submission Protocol
All materials, evidence, and data uploaded to our encrypted vault become the exclusive operational property of the consortium for protection purposes. We enforce a zero-log infrastructure.
3. Prohibition of Digital Forensics
Any attempt to perform scraping, penetration testing, reverse engineering, or digital forensics on our platform is strictly prohibited and constitutes an infringement under Swiss and Icelandic digital sovereignty.
4. Limitation of Liability
TeNextIn acts as an independent research repository. Information published is based on thoroughly vetted crowdsourced telemetry and does not represent an absolute judicial verdict.
5. Access Protocol & Decryption Tokens
Article 5A. Tiered Access Protocol: Platform access is divided into strict clearance levels. Access upgrades are subject to consortium approval.
Article 5B. Decryption Token System: Access to the Sensitive Vault, Private Journals, and Raw Forensic Data is governed by a Decryption Token system. Opening one classified document consumes one token. Each clearance tier receives a different monthly token allocation (Ranging from 2 Tokens for Basic Clearance, up to Unlimited for Enterprise Clearance and Custom Solution). If your monthly tokens are depleted, access to sensitive links will be automatically denied until the next billing cycle, unless you upgrade your tier.
6. Fair Usage Policy (FUP) & Throttling
To protect our offshore network from mass-scraping, raw data extraction is governed by a Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that asymmetrically differentiates download and upload quotas based on your chosen clearance level. Download and streaming quotas are allocated according to your specific tier (Basic Clearance, Premium Lite, Premium Pro, Elite Lite, Elite Max, Community Clearance, Foundation Clearance, Legal Assoc. Clearance, Enterprise Clearance, or Custom Solution). If traffic abuse is detected or you exceed your download quota, your access will NOT be terminated; instead, your bandwidth speed will be intentionally throttled down to a maximum of 2 Mbps - 10 Mbps until the next billing cycle.
Upload Quota Limits Summary:
- Sensitive & Intermediate Video (Vault): Max. 5 files per month.
- Regular & Non-Sensitive Video: Max. 10 files per month.
- Internal Private Social Media: Max. 4 posts per 2 weeks.
- Public/Regular Social Media: Max. 4 posts per 1 week.
- Public & Private Journals, News, and Reports: Max. 7 posts per day.
7. Identity Nomenclature & Legal Liability
The platform distinguishes Identity Nomenclature by entity type. (1) Independent/Personal users will use pseudonyms and bear their own legal risks. (2) Non-Incorporated Communities/Brands must publicly expose the representative's real name for accountability. (3) Officially Incorporated Institutions must state their legal status, while the representative's real name is shielded in our database. For members registered during the 2026–2027 promotional window, this sub-discount privilege remains PERMANENT as long as the active billing status is maintained.
8. Search Engine Indexing & Data Visibility Protocol
By default, this platform operates in Deep Stealth Mode and rejects all forms of global search engine indexing. During registration, all users across all clearance levels are provided with an explicit choice to opt-in or opt-out of search engine indexing for their public content. For users in the Basic Clearance, Premium Lite, and Premium Pro tiers, if you allow indexing, your public content will be fully indexed.
Specifically for users in the Elite Lite, Elite Max, Community Clearance, Foundation Clearance, Legal Assoc. Clearance, Enterprise Clearance, and Custom Solution tiers, you possess granular indexing control. You may choose partial indexing, where search engines will ONLY read the first 3 sentences as a teaser, while the remaining details are cryptographically locked. Public visitors accessing these partial links will face a security wall with an 8-second countdown and a warning: "To read this data further, please log in or create an account." Once the 8 seconds expire, unauthenticated visitors will be forcefully redirected to the main portal (www.tenextin.ch).
